Welcome to IDPhotoGlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services at idphoto.base-db.com (the "Service"), operated by IDPhotoGlow ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

IDPhotoGlow provides an AI-powered tool that formats and processes photos you upload into ID and passport photos that follow the published specifications for the country and document type you select. Delivered products are digital files.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must own, or have the right to use, any photo you upload.
• You must provide a source photo of sufficient quality (well-lit, in focus, front-facing) for best results.
• You are responsible for selecting the correct country and document type for your needs.
• You must not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose, including creating photos for fake or fraudulent identity documents.

4. Payments

Prices are shown at checkout. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. License to Delivered Files

Upon successful payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use your generated photo files for your own identity-document and personal purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the Service's output as a competing product.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, excluding photos you upload and the outputs delivered to you, including the site design, text, and software, is owned by IDPhotoGlow and protected by applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We work hard to ensure our photos meet official specifications. However, official authorities make final acceptance decisions, and requirements can change. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IDPhotoGlow's total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which IDPhotoGlow operates. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
