IDPhotoGlow sells digital products — AI-processed ID/passport photo files and printable photo sheets. Because these are delivered instantly upon successful payment, they are generally non-returnable. However, we stand behind the quality of our service as described below.
We guarantee that your photo will meet the official specifications for the country and document type you selected. If your photo is rejected by an official authority because it does not meet those published specifications, you are entitled to a full refund.

We review all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via our payment provider, Paddle. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
All payments and refunds are handled securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle may also be able to assist you directly with billing questions.
