• Order information: The country, document type, and settings you select, plus a generated order ID.
• Payment information: Processed entirely by our payment provider, Paddle. We do not store your card number or full payment details.
• Technical data: Basic log data such as browser type, device, and approximate location, used to keep the Service secure and working.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process your uploaded photo and generate the ID/passport image you requested.
• To deliver your purchased files and provide customer support.
• To process payments and handle refunds through Paddle.
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraud.

3. Photo Retention and Deletion

Your uploaded photos and generated results are used solely to provide the Service to you. We retain them only as long as necessary to deliver your order and provide support, after which they are automatically deleted. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share your photos with third parties for marketing.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service:

• Paddle — payment processing and as our Merchant of Record. See Paddle's privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
• AI image processing provider — used to perform background removal and photo formatting. Images sent for processing are handled only to fulfill your request.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and similar technologies needed to operate the Service and process payments securely. We do not use them for advertising.

We use industry-standard measures, including HTTPS encryption, to protect your data in transit. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.
